An Artist’s Touch

words

Words are never enough, just a jumble of letters
that spill from my mouth in awkward circles.
Listen to the way my fingertips speak when they caress
your skin, its canvas so familiar yet yearning
to feel my touch sweep softly like a
brush in an artist’s hand.
